Brian Buchan DL has been a Deputy Lieutenant for Oxfordshire since 2018. He is part of the Lieutenancy Team focused on Oxford East and, having additionally served as Vice Lord-Lieutenant for five years from 2019, he now chairs the Lieutenancy's Advisory Group, drawing on expertise outside of the Lieutenancy.
