Libby Hawkness-Smith is our lead Community Chaplain. She trained as a Lay Pioneer through the Church Mission Society and graduated with a diploma in Mission, Ministry and Evangelism in 2017. She grew up in the mission field in Southeast Asia and is also Community Chaplain and Outreach Worker in Oxford Methodist Circuit (where she's based in Cowley Road).
